Culture Committee

This committee facilitates monthly Culture Keeper nominees and presents at team meetings, suggests ideas for Red Day and coordinates the activities, and encourages community care and events such as coat drives, toys for tots, etc.
Growth Committee

This committee assists in the overall growth of the market center through recruiting and retention efforts. This committee provides Masterminds or Wealth building quarterly trainings.
Productivity Committee

This committee contacts all newly onboarded agents to welcome them, explain ALC support, and provide a Friday round table invite - creating a safe place to have a peer they can go to.
Profitability Committee

The Financial Planning Committee monitors and analyzes income and expenses to improve overall profitability of the Market Center. The committee also works to educate brokers on financial systems and monitoring business thru Profit & Loss Statements and Agent Financials.
Safety Committee

This committee brings in speakers regarding self-defense, safety, and well-being.
Social Committee

This committee organizes office outings - a fun way for our agents to network and bond.
