Through collaborative initiatives, events, and educational programs, the committee aims to foster a culture of holistic health, encouraging healthy lifestyles and creating a supportive environment for everyone involved.

This committee teaches brokers of all levels how to obtain, value, and market luxury properties while learning about the Luxury Division and tools it provides to KW Brokers. Goal: to educate, inspire, and consistently enhance our broker’s luxury knowledge so they, in turn, can exceed the expectations of their clients.

This committee assists agents in recognizing and supporting active duty and veteran military, as well as their family members and supporters. Our mission is to honor their service and sacrifice by providing them with the tools, training, and camaraderie they need to grow and move forward.

This committee oversees Market Center fundraising efforts, assists eligible KW associates in need with the KW Cares grant application process, and leads participation in MC events. Goal: to teach the basics of implementing diverse business strategies that ensure fair housing for all, as well as detecting unconscious biases that may impact one's real estate career, as well as help agents become more aware of their behaviors, empowering them to be more intentional about their actions.
